Mariah Carey is finalizing her contract to become a judge on American Idol.
According to Deadline, if Carey’s deal goes through, she will earn more $17 million for one season which is less then what Jennifer Lopez made.
At first Mariah demanded $40 million, she wanted twice as much as Jennifer Lopez made. But when reality struck, she realized it would never happen.
